Boost gauge reading improperly, thoughts?

I recently installed prosport boost and oil pressure gauges in my car, however the oil pressure gauge doesn't give me any reading it just blinks at me and the boost gauge gives me a reading but it is way off, it says I'm pushing 15psi of boost at idle and 22psi on cold starts. Everything would seem to be hooked up correctly, the boost gauge is getting its vacuum source off of the blow off but it is also being run through a vacuum block, could that be causing the high reading? As for the oil pressure, I really have no idea other than the sensor isn't connected.properly or is malfunctioning. Any help would be sweet! Thanks

You mean the wires being flip flopped? Like oil to boost and boost to oil? I have tried connecting them both ways and only the boost gauge reads when they appear to be connected right. I don't know if maybe my oil pressure sensor is faulty and that's why I get a flashing gauge? Also I had thought maybe the point that the boost gauge is reading off is experiencing higher pressure readings since it is reading off of the vacuum line and not the turbo piping itself? It has me absolutely stumped and about ready to just sell these gauges and get AEM digital ones

your boost gauge is hooked up to what? hook it up to your manifold and see what reading it gives you. also, did you ground the sender for the OPG?

Appreciate the help guys, I decided I am gonna go digital instead though, I mean you can't really pass up 4 rust free doors for a couple gauges
