Boost Gauge Installed

I installed my boost gauge and it is white during the day and suppose to be red w/ lights on to match the interior lights, but when I use the auto light feature the boost gauge stays white. Does anyone know what the correct fuses are to make this work?? I will post pics later too lazy to put them up now with all this snow sorry...

Yeah it's a prosport. I followed the DIY on the forums but I don't know why it won't illuminate with the automatic head lights.

you got the wrong source then....

im not that familiar with ms3 wiring but all u gotta do is get a voltage meter and test which wire gives you power when u need it

There are any number of posts with the stereo wiring harnesses. I tapped into that. Everything you need is right there. Ground, constant power, switched power, and illumination.

Don't I have to take alot of things apart to get to the stereo wiring harness??

It's easy. Looks like a lot, but no big deal. There's a recent thread on how to remove the radio. Then you have a harness that is easy to work on, instead of lying on the floor working under the dash.
