When its colder outside, sometimes when I hit full boost it feels like the either the boost or fuel cuts for a millisecond ( like the engine stutters) then goes right back into normal. I suspected overboost since it was cold, but when I logged a run on my standback, boost stayed at 17-18 psi as it was supposed to. Anyone know what could be happening? It doesn't happen often but it does happen.
