Hey guys, I’ve owned my gen 1 mazdaspeed3 for a year and noticed something weird.
When I do a roll on pull on 3rd gear the boost doesn’t go above 10-12 psi and feels really underwhelming for its spec.
However when I aggressively change gears from 2nd to 3rd it holds about 14 psi.
4th gear roll on pull somehow feels faster than the 3rd, as it holds 14-15 psi after the boost kicks in.
Should I suspect a faulty ebcs? Or could it be a boost leak?

My mods are : Corksport BPV, Autoexe ram air intake system, and Autoexe exhaust
