boost controller question

ok what is the RIGHT way to hook up a boost controller on a Speed 3?? manifold pressure in and which nipple on the WG top (small) or bottom (big) nipple?? can i run the pressure line off the nipple on the turbine housing? or should i go off of the manifold?

Isn't it always on the vacuum hose on the wastegate? You relieve pressure there so that the WG opens later/less.
