Boost control

I have a 03.5 Blazin yellow msp, i've had it two months. Anyways so far i have a autometer boost/air fuel gauge, greddy turbo timer and greddy profec spec b electronic boost control. I'm boostin 11 psi right now. Looking into new intercooler, and downpipe. Also i blew my sub, pos, thinking of replacing with Jl audio 8".

Where in FL are you?

Out of curiousity, why did you post this in Performance entitled Boost Control? This seems like it's more suited to the FL section in the Regional forums.

I didnt know there was a regional. I live ft. lauderdale. Do u live in fl.? What mods do u have done? I'm really happy with boost control, everybody says electronic ones r a pain in the but, but it isnt, controls right at my finger tips. I boosted 13 psi and heard alittle pinging, i always use 93 octane or better. Later

Sounds like you have a good start with the mods, thinking about getting the Greddy Profec B myself.

And lastly, go for the JL Audio 8" sub to replace the stock one. It's a much better option for that stock enclosure. I had one in mine before my custom enclosure was done.

Yeah bro, the blazin yellow is sweet, the greddy profec b spec 2 is a sweet boost control. I'm having pinging problems over 11 psi, the mazdaspeed has to much timing and a high compreesion. Sounds like i need a new engine management to solve the problem. Take it easy bro.

My son is the proud owner of a screaming yellow 03.5 MSP.
Had it about a month now.

I read on another post about the Joe P boost controller, and how easy it was to remove in case a visit to the dealer was needed.

Can someone please direct me to where I can see some pics of
one installed.
