Hi,

i just purchased my new mazda 3 neo and im not happy at all. I purchased the bluetooth hands free a2dp kit, only to find that it doesnt stream music from my iphone.

I purchased this accessory because it is advertised on www.mazdahandsfree.com/ as performing that function with my phone. Now the dealer tells me that website only refers to the bluetooth systems in the max sport and above (neither the website, nor the dealer ever makes/made mention of this fact). im not 440 dollars out of pocket for an accessory which doesnt do what it says it does, the dealer is washing their hands of it (even though they never took the courtesy to explain that despite the false advertising, it doesnt stream audio) and mazda customer service is yet to return my phone call (despite the abusive rep that i spoke to).

Any helpp please

What are you looking for from this forum?

Are you just venting frustrations?

If the device won't work with your model of car, then there is nothing anyone here can do. Try to work out a return with Mazda.

mate there is no need for rudeness.

Primarily, im looking for advice as to my rights. both the dealer and mazda seem to be washing their hands of it blaming each other.

Also, to see if anyone has had similar experiences/knows possible remedies

You should be able to return it to the place of purchase.
