Blower Issues

So, I've had a recurring issue with my blower not coming on sometimes when I adjust the fan speed. I can hear the system kick on and my engine go under a load, but the blower motor won't kick on. Then, as I am driving down the road it'll just kind of kick on and start working fine. It doesn't do this every time I've had the car off (for example this morning it came on just fine) and it hadn't done it for a while before it started doing it again this past week. I was wondering if it was an issue with a relay or a resistor, but wanted to get an opinion.

I'd say the blower motor needs to be replaced. They don't last forever. Rockauto sells them priced really well. I doubt its a relay or resistor. Double check those in case they show signs of abnormal wear, but Im confident that its the blower motor itself. The a/c control panels are known to have connectivity issues but mainly with activating the a/c compressor, not the blower motor. I'd start with the replacement of the blower motor first.
