im heading to certifit while im out and about tommorow and picking up a front bumper cover for a couple $ and going to modify the front lower grill so its much taller i choped a pic in ms paint real quick to give a idea of what im talking about becuase i have about 8in of intercooler hidden behind that bumper cover migh aswell bust out the dremel and files and fiberglass and make a custom front bumper cover to put that big cooler to use anyhow choppy image here i come

I think that looks a bit wacky, and somewhat ridiculous. That IC is HUGE, hopefully not too big. If your windshield washers don't work try new Tribute nozzles, that fixed mine.

Looks great so far! Keep up the good work!

As for the IC, Leave the bumper alone IMO. The middle hole in the bumper is a good enough size to support the air flow. The natural look of the front cover has a great design, and style to it. I just don't want you to ruin the precious face of the car. I think it's the greatest part of the car IMO. In this case, functionality over form doesn't really apply.

So what size turbo are you going to use when you go forged? With an intercooler that size, you may as well slap on a GT35R and crank it to 30+ psi.

**UPDATE**
well kinda...
got called out to work for this week and will return home saturday night. couldnt finish up the piping becuase i needed some 45degree couplers but they are set to arrive tommorow.

my wastegate arm somehow made its way off of the swing valve so now i got that to do prob will go ahead and order a forged wastegate for now..

i forgot to take pics of my custom 3in downpipe its not complete yet but a good part of it is done i dont have a pipe bender so what i did was ordered 2 3" U Bends from jegs and took them to the band saw and some welding and a hour later i got something thats starting to come together well..

trying to get a shopping cart together for my forged internals, i got $1000.00 saved torwards the project but im wanting to do evreything at once

exhaust manifold, external wastegate, BIG turbo, all new seals and gaskets, new flywheel, bigger injectors, 626 manifold, so i need a fair amount more to go

another pic of the intercooler installed

well i know noone was a fan of the idea but i still wanted to take the time and chop the image to get a better idea of what it would look like anyhow ill post it anyways

awesome ordering one now. couplers came today also cant wait till this weekend to get the car finished up. i think im going to go ahead and put some tein springs on order to so i can do those this weekend also

**UPDATE**
run my piping over the weekend didnt have to cut to much. my order was missing a 45* coupler so the blow off valve placement it getto atm.. also waiting for my 2.5" 90 pipe s o i can do the intake for the turbo going to put the filter placement right where the factory IC sits.

car still has some work to go. my wastegate is still ****** up thats next to fix but i cant wait to feel how hard it pulls this will be the first time i get to feel the power of the car at its max potential because when i was boosting and the wastegate worked fine my clutch slipped when i got a new clutch my wastegate ****** up and since ive done FMIC, SSAFC, Exhasut, downpipe, new BOV, etc so its going to be a whole new car to me :)

anyhow on to the pics
