debadged cx5's looks weird in the pics i've seen but one day i randomly debadged my trunk and it looks a lot better, especially with the M emblem blacked out.

So you ditched the CX-5 and SkyActive badges and blacked out the logo? That's what I'm thinking of doing. Any chance you can post a pic?

I'm gonna black out my rear emblem, to match my lights and my rear spoilers that are on order. The silver badge looks out of place now. I'm probably going to remove the front bumper and black out that random chrome line around the grille... then I won't have any "silver" beside the exhaust and what's in the headlight left (replaced silver LP with a black silver lettered version).

Please tell me that you don't park like that...

The backing in is good. Insurance statistics show there are far more accidents and injuries (including deaths) when someone backs out of a spot than driving out. We've read and seen news accounts by both newspapers and TV stations mention the vehicle being backed as a reason for the above unfortunate incidents. How many times (I can't remember one even) have people driven over another person while exiting the parking spot?

As far as the blackening of the emblem...? It really doesn't turn me on, but to each their own. If the owner likes it, then so be it.

nah, I orderd them through japanparts; I requested them to be added to the website so I could order it and the owner did. Autostyle doesn't have the other wing on their site anymore

The rear "M" logo has too locating pins and holes for the. In the rear. I would not remove it unless you plan on filling and painting those holes. You could always do the evil M

I wanted to do the evil m on the rear bit I dont really want the m on the front because of the recess. I ended up just buying a spare rear, and painting it black.

i used paint not dip but when i to the one chrome peace at the bottom of the grill ill hit the badge again so it all matches .
