3. Empty bulb packages to place silverstars lo's and turn signals in
4. Nite Shades, clear coat and bumper markers
5. Box of powder free nitrile gloves (fingerprint free) :)
6. Black satin paint (hoping to buy this weekend)
7. Dew for the drive in (pending)
8. Retainer clip for PS headlight bulb...so I can put it back on and the damn bulb will stop shaking.

sounds good!! hey, i lost the screw that holds the little bracket with the reflector on it....maybe if you can, see if they have a screw for me...no worries...i lost it last year and it just dawned on me that i never replace it..?

What's awesome is that no one at this meet will have to break the super sneaky secret clip on the side of the headlight that the front bumper clips on to. I broke one of mine the first time I did my headlights, and haven't gotten around to replacing it yet haha. springtime is coming soon, then I'll deal with it. The bumper sags a bit but only I noticed haha.

so do you just not have the reflectors in? I was contemplating leaving them out for a while to see how it looked.

no it's in there, just not screwed in so it's a bit wobbly

hey chris, do we need to take the bumpers off to get the lights out...i think we do?

Long time no see. I am still alive though
When did you guys decide to do this?
i might be in.
I have alot of experience in light baking. I just had to redo both front lights.... due to 2 accidents back to back, involving car's front end..... long storry......

ya, real long time man!! ya, next sat. my house come anytime after 9...we could use an experienced baker!

yeah sorta.. the first time I did mine it was snowing outside :D

But I did the painting in the basement on a mat.

yeah
the only thing snow would suck for is taking the bumper off

Indeed it did, especially since it was my first time taking the bumper off since it was well.. a week or two after I bought the car :D

wow
you were quick with those mods huh
my first mod was a short shifter. that has since been out of the car replaced by the shortened stocker....

Heh..my first mod I completely gutted the interior and layed down eDead and extra layers of 1/4 carpet padding.

I remember that...and it is still on my to-do list. Some day I'll get around to it. I should go for a ride in your car to see how much a difference it makes.

Well the intake/exhaust combo does not help much, as well as our lovely p5 engine. I think I'm going to put the stock intake back on to experiment. I hear the engine noise more than anything else, especially on the highway.

lets hope the weather cooperates! if it's too cold the painting could be an issue??

If it is too cold outside, how about the dining room table? :) Just checked the 10 day forecast for up there and it has a high of 53 for the 18th with a 10% chance of precip. Of course that is 10 days away....Woot 10 days to go.
