I have been using Simoniz ultra for my tires.Anything with a uv protectant is good(except armor-all).Try some brands and find what you like;both cost-wise and effect-wise.Try to use water-based products and not the solvent based ones(like armor-all).the solvent is what cracks your tires and dashes.And unless you are in a car show every weekend,don't shine everything all the time. this is why dashes and tires crack.I am speaking from experience.
And like Kingvitamin i prefer a clean dash,not a glossy one.I just damp chamois mine off and it looks great.
