Sad it only comes in black, as I have sand interior. But where is the best price for it? I think its about 200 bucks (sad1)

From my searches and recommendations from other Mazda3 forum members, it sems like MazdaGear.com (it's actually Morrie's's Mazda dealership out of MN) have consistent best pricing for Mazda accessories.

OEM P/N C513-V1-350
MazdaGear.com: $170.

Right, seems like 209 shipped. I was told to check with Finishline and Tasca as well. Also heard there is a fleabay model

Hey 90210, any chance you can give us the name of the site where you got yours? I'd like to grab some other accessories. Thx.

I absolutely will, once the part shows up, since I want to make sure it is a legit OEM dealer. Part hasn't shown up yet.

BODEGA you bought a car? COngrats!

What other accessories are you looking for?

Looking forward to it. I'm looking to add the Cargo Liner, All-Weather Floor Mats, and possibly the Remote Engine Start. The OE Remote Start really interests me since I'm assuming it works with our existing key FOB? Yes, I could go aftermarket but the would require another remote adding bulk to the keychain.

I'm also looking to find an Internet Mazda dealer that can order genuine OE parts (not just accessories). I tend to modify and open panels to route wires and such. Sometimes I need to replace panels or hardware.

Thank you, yes I picked up our 5 last Friday and it's been a blast to drive. I must be getting soft because I don't miss my 4Dr GTI. Although it went through dealer prep and they cleaned it, I still re-cleaned it thoroughly. I'll have some pics and impressions by the weekend. I have lots of thoughts to share :)

Can't wait to hear your thoughts. You should add it to my 2012 mazda5 review. :) I am not pleased with the All weater mats-I saw them in person, low quality and expensive.

If you can find me a link to the cargo liner, I will ask (after I receive my product) and see if we get a better deal buying two. Also does the liner go in the cargo area, or the full area behind the 2nd row?

I'm glad you offered because I like things to be accessible in one place. No need to start another thread; I'll post in yours.

Thanks for the heads up regarding the mats. I'll look for something with McNeil/WeatherTech in the fall. For the Cargo Liner, it lines the trunk and back of third row seats; it conforms any third row seat configuration including full or partial upright or splitfolding. It contains openings for the rear seat straps and anchors and probably uses velcro backing for adhesion. I'm not thrilled about the "soft durable vinyl" material but it's the only option out there. Until aftermarket companies get to 2012 models, I don see one another option for 3~6 mos. The ones I've seen for other vehicles uses Ballistic Denier material that are tough as nails.

Our vehicle is only six months old so it's frustrating not being able to find vehicle specific aftermarket accessories or even basic info such as wiper blade sizes, bulb configurations, etc.

I looked at the weathertech, and I think thats a good bet. THough almost $300 for the whole thing. Given I live in summer climate, I might not need it, thus haven't boght it yet.

Agree on frustrating on new parts.... but my other car is a new Lotus--trust me the Mazda 5 is a lot easier to find parts :)

I will check on teh cargo liner price and get back to you.

Ha! Evora or Elise?
Thx for checking with your guy. Ask him about the remote ignition will you?

Yup got your list to ask from. Should have answer tomorrow. Evora S on order. Have Elise SC now.

And here I am saying I've gone soft giving up the GTI :)
The Evora a real beauty in person. You sir have some REAL sport cars. RWD and all!

I do, too many sports cars. The 5 is our first non rwd, non 2 seater, non manual tranny we ever bought. :)

UPDATE
Called to check on status of rear cargo cover. They called and said...someone called and cancelled it last FRi. WTF! Now they are ordering it AGAIN, will be there on Thursday, then shipped out to me.

Though prices are low, not giving me confidence to reorder parts, if they are that inept.

UPDATE
It SUPPOSEDLY finally shipped. Bodega I didn't forget about you, just with their shenigans, I am not sure if it is good dealer to order from, though they are cheap.
