Best new xbox games.

Ok so in your opinion, what are some of the best new xbox games. I want all different types. Racing, sports, fighting, shooting etc. I am getting xbox for my B-day on the 18th, and would like to get a nice selection of games along with it.

Also not out yet and also a RPG, but Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2. If it's half as good as the first one I'll be happy.

War:

Call of Duty is great. I got Ghost Recon 2 last night, hard but worth it. I also like Medal of Honor Frontline and Rising Sun (but RS is only six levels!). I also have the other Ghost Recons, but the new one is way better.

Racing:

Toca 2 racing is cool as well as Rally Circuit 2. Also Forza racing is coming out in a few weeks looks good.

Other:

Star Wars battlefront is good.

It's all about he Halo 2...check out my uber-dorky sig!!! Just get Halo and don't worry about anything else! Then you can play with all us other forum ***** until 4:30am while making incomprehensable Mazda references while shooting people with futuristic weaponry. Because of this damn game, co-workers are now trained to give me multiple wake-up calls every morning to make sure I get to work on time.......sadness!!!

Fable is a great RPG...only down side is it is short....about 10 hours of game play.

Also, I don't know if it is on XBox but Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005. If it is on X Box get it! I have it for PS2...such a bad ass game its not funny. A LOT!! and I mean A LOT!! Of play time, and replay value....plus it is insane how you can customize the game.

Ninja Gaiden, the reason why I bought Xbox.

Call of duty and all those FPS games are better on the computer imho. Easier to aim with a mouse than with a joystick.

I played ninja gaiden for about 10 mins, and got sick of it. Brainless button masher. Very frustrating game with a really pathetic camera that's always in the wrong spot.

COD, and MOH are better on the PC....oh about 10 times better. But Medal of Honor Rising Sun is the better from what I have played. But, never gave COD much of a chance, it just plays so bad next to the pc one I got mad with it.

Burnout 3 is something you should check out. Totally unique race car game. Burnout 2 as well really, but 3 is much much better

Dead or Alive 3, and the new one called DOA Ulitmate is a must have for friends visiting the house. I think that game gets played the most by company. Don't forget Mortal Kombat Deceptions as well, but to me DOA is much more fun.

Don't' forget Halo1, which u should play first before 2 so you know wtf is going on. If you play #2 first, I don't think you'll have enough patience to get through 1 because you'll miss certain weapons and vehicles and s***.

Some like the Prince Of Persia game, and the new one called is warrior within. Only seen the first few minutes so far, but it looks pretty. Be aware though that POP is a bit of a platform "jumping" game with puzzles. not everyones' cup of tea.

Fable has gotten good reviews for sure

007 Everything or Nothing would be at the TOP of my list. One of the best all around games of the year imho.

Chronicles of Riddict, believe it or not is actually really good.

I'm not a big dirt bike game fan, but I fell in love with MX unleashed. Best dirt bike game EVAR.


That'll get you started. I know I am missing one for sure.
