isnt the autoexe intake pretty much like a sri...its got the ram air function inside the carbon box.

CPE has the highest HP & TQ gains of any intake for the V6 . The prices have come down and they have never thrown a CEL. CPE is the number 1 intake for most V6 users IMHO.

i paid as much or more for my mazdaspeed intake . which also uses 3 inch pipe . and extends my airfilter down to the bottom of my drivers side fender well . i pushed out the plastic peice in the cosmetic hole on my front body clip "where my fog light woud be if ithe car was fully loaded " and whats behind the opening ,my air filter . its like fake forced induction. i actualy had to piss with my ecu using my buddys "tough book" . cause when i first took it on the highway it was stalling out when i put the clutch in at high speeds and wouldent ride smoothly on a even throttle. "Talk about to much air".there was a noticable amount of gain just going from stock to a cai. and i would love to see what the gains are like on a mazdaspeed cai. cause i bet there as good or better. however im sure the price is right there too .

where theres a CAI theres a SRI

the only difference b/w the two is that the CAI dips down to where the resonator should be, and sucks in air from that area.
