Best BOV?

I just got my 03 Protege Speed and i'm wondering what the best blow of valve is in terms of performance and sound/price. I was looking at the Forge Motorsports BOV kit on Protegegarage.com, i'm just looking for some ideas and what not.

What do you guys think?

don't know if there's really a best ... they all sound different in their own respects.

to name a few:
hks ssqv
greddy rs
turboxs rfl

it's merely a matter of sound preference, i'd think.

i have a greddy rs and its a nice pshhhh sound but its not too loud. i threw my friends greddy s on my car and i love it! too bad greddy stopped making it.

I have the greddy rs as well, its nice and quiet with low boost, anything over 10 psi its sounds really nice.It holds boost really well and also increased my spool up time

i have ssqv, and low boost its a pshhh but at high boost, it gives a nice whistle, sounds badass. get on you tube

I have a TurboXS Type-H (non RFL) and I think it works fine. Personally, I don't believe BOVs do much to actually improve performance, but hey what do I know.

Anyway, I like the sound of the Type-H (non RFL); it's not too loud or obnoxious but you can hear it and others will, too. Works fine for me so far...

we just started carrying Forge and i gotta say they make some real nice stuff. Terbow has one of thier newer ones on his car and he likes it alot.

Thanx for the great feedback, i checked out all the clips. I love the ssqv but the Forge isnt bad either and alot cheaper lol.

Your running the Forge on stock pipping right? Or did you replace that as well?
