Yea two hundred for labor is a good deal, in my old MX6 i put in a stage two clutch, forgot where from, but it took me a few days to do it by myself. Its a damn pain in the ass if you dont have the equipment, such as a lift and so on. But they do make a bit of a difference. If i were you i would do it myself, you learn so much about your car that way. Its like you become one with the car. Sorry for the cheesey line.

I believe Mazda put a different clutch in the MSP, though.

that's what i understand. they also supposedly upgraded the clutch again on the 3.5s
