Also is there a way to run a different bypass valve that is not a recirc. bypass valve. I tried to make it blowoff into the atmosphere but the car just stumbles.

please help need info also about running more boost?

these kits are most definetely still made and we sell them (chair) patrick j00 n00b!

anyhoot. don't call flyin miata about the kit. i would refer any questions about the kit to either myself or corky bell. i've never installed the larger FMIC piece so for that I'd give corky a call and talk to him about that.

there is no way, using the fuel pressure regulator, to vent to atmosphere as doing so will mess with the vacuum signal going to the regulator and cause the car to add fuel funky and stumble. you would need electronic engine management to vent to atmosphere. you could purchase the stainless machined blowoff valve from flyin miata (works on both the protege and miata kits) and it will be louder.

with the fuel pressure regulator you shouldn't be running more than 8 psi of boost, using 93 octane fuel. You would want to be around 85 to 90 psi of fuel pressure under full boost at 8 psi.

anything above 8 psi and you will need this : http://www.mazda3online.com/product_info.php?cPath=136_27_99&products_id=351

and I have the corrected fuel maps for this turbo kit and that engine management unit

As for the intercooler, it doesn't sit in the center. Every picture I have seen it sits to the driver's side of the vehicle. The directions should have said this, and where it mounts.

That should fix your plumbing problem.

As for the other stuff, its been mentioned.

Here are some pics of the prototype larger FMIC:
