Flavor Enticement
Dry Hopped with a "s***-load" of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isnt overpoweringly hoppy. Its brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.
Original Gravity: 13.0 Plato
Specific Gravity: 1.052

I keep seeing that but never tried it. Any good? I thought they might be hiding crappy beer behind a cool label.

It's a great beer. But; an acquired taste. It's pretty strong at 7.2% abv. It's only available in the 22oz. bottle or on tap in selected areas.

Mac Frost is a big, rich beer in the tradition of English strong ales. We begin with pale and Munich malt along with three varieties of caramel malt for gusto and big, creamy flavor. For balance we add Northern Brewer hops for bitterness and East Kent Goldings for aroma. We take it even further in the finish by dry-hopping Mac Frost with Oregon's own Willamette hops and English Colthup Goldings.

The result is tantalizing; a big beer that delivers with savory malts and complex, lingering hop spice on the tongue and in the nose. This beer will complement your holiday cheer like no other.

Simply incredible beers.

Adam is top fermented and cold conditioned to give it a rich and mellow smoothness. The unique garnet color is derived from specially roasted barley, and the intense hop profile is provided by the use of only the finest whole hop flowers. It is 8% alcohol by weight (10% by volume).

Fred was created to honor beer writer and historian Fred Eckhardt. This golden strong ale incorporates ten hop varieties from five different countries. Through the use of aromatic and rye malt, the beer achieves a unique balance of flavor. We hope that Fred will inspire you to share your knowledge with others as Fred has with us. Fred is 10% alcohol by volume.
