OK He's from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In the latin countries a WOW is pronounced "guao".

It's not photochopped because how would you photoshop such a bad quality pic? AND the front liscence plate is a chrome mazda plate. Here in PR and in the DR front license plates aren't required.

And this car might have a few european parts cause they recieve european parts. Here in PR we import japanese motors from the Dominican Republic.
