I haven't noticed any difference in beam projection. I do have silverstar blubs which are better than stock, but no noticable difference. Thanks for the compliments.

heh... i was kinda talking to the guy who started the thread... but yes yours are nice as well, but his covered up more of the chrome reflective housing than yours which is why I was wondering if the amount of light or beam pattern changed.

No,Andy had a Celica GT.It was pretty sick too.I think he still has pics on the Celica section of his site.

And for ProtegeV,the base Z(which is what Andy got) doesn't come w/ the HIDs,they are optional...I think.

I got yellow overlays for my fogs and transparent yellow eyelids for my P5 and they look GREAT! I'll post pics soon.

Light output is fine. The chromed areas of the headlamp remain unpainted, so I see no affect on overall output. Even with the turn signal casing painted flat black, light output is still ok!
