has anyone ever used hollingsworth mazda or diamond mazda's service department i find them to be a pain in ass and hate dealing with them both

never used 'em, but paretti in metairie is just as bad. their service writers don't call you for s***, they give you the run around for a few weeks and then decide that you needed an appointment to get your car looked at. it's my belief that all mazda dealers tend to suck complete ass.

I 100% agree with everything that's been said in this thread.

Between all three dealers, it took a month and a half to get my car stereo replaced under warranty (ended up having to use Paretti, where I got the aforementioned runaround).

That said, Hollingsworth is probably the lesser of the two Baton Rouge evils. Diamond has had bad attitudes in general for a few years now. At least Hollingsworth puts on a good show of pretending to try to help.

After this car stereo ordeal, I'm never buying another Mazda (and I've sent Mazda NA a letter to that effect).

hollingsworth service guy peeled out in my car theres lots of deep potholes in the parking lot so i was pretty pissed my mom wouldnt let me say anything to him lucky she was there bc i wouldve jerked his ass out of it as far as diamond ive had 2 appointments now to get side sills put on they finally got them put on they did a half ass job theres small gaps in them in places on the side they also promised my they'd put the car in the shop so the glue or w/e would dry over night my car is parked outside looks decent from afar but close up they did a really bad job so ive been lied to have had go arounds and they did promise to keep the low install price they quoted me at and i confirmed it and the guys like who qouted you that umm you did all in all not pleased with dealing with mazda im getting really ****** close to sayin screw it and going back to a nissan (my family has used leblanc nissans service department for almost 8 maybe nine years only one problem they didnt tighten the tire back on good that guy im sure no longer works there but they always call and always do me right) but has anyone dealt with bill hood in hammond its like a mile from southeastern and would probably be really convienient ever since my first oil change i havent took it to mazda i use acadiana glass or w/e its called really freindly and easy to deal with great people if ur in the gonzales/prairieville area

so today i go to diamond they appologize to me about not putting my car inside to keep it from the moisture and told me to bring my car back when we have a few days of good weather that they will get the part put on better its still on right now ill post pics withen a few days

Don't feel too bad about having your car dogged by mazda. Paretti curb-checked my only good rim on my old set and took out a good inch chunck of metal out of it, along with a hefty amount of rubber. I bitched at them and said that was never there, but the other three were so far off anyways, that I couldn't prove it. I was forced to finally get another set. It also took Paretti an entire month to figure out the problem with my blown tranny, ordering a ******* stretch bolt and washer for a knock so loud in the tranny you could hear it a block away.

i used to live in hammond, and now i live in springfield, not far from hammond. i still go to hammond everyday bill hood sucks ass. i was trying to find a good dealership to go to. rynosilver you go to slu. what does your car look like.

and my car is silver one day i think you parked by me right b4 the fall semester started while i was getting my books i have a silver 3 sitting on stock 16's i know pathetic eibach springs a spoiler and injen license plate fram lmc sticker on the back glass 5 % tint on back glass and back seat 15% on front seat 5% strip with zoom zoom on the windshield right now i have no intake on but i am putting it back on use to have a short shifter on there and racing spec condensor then i blew the tranny

and hollingsworth is a no no diamond tries to make u feel like their helping but i got side sills put on and they left it out in the moisture after they said it was bad for it and now their threatening not to fix my transmission if it blows again (they thought it was abuse i rarely abuse my car once every two weeks or so i might) umm bill hood no clue not to mention i only have 16,000 miles on my car which is what like 34,000 miles more until warranty runs out im sure its gonna blow again
