Bad news
so we took the P5 on an epic ski adventure to Maine. We managed to drive up on thursday during a blizzard, then wait until saturday to drive home in another blizzard. whoops.
I wouldn't say the P5 handled the snow well, but I'm alive.
Took 5 hours to get there, this is what the car looked like in the parking lot when we left the resort. Keep in mind it was only parked there for 4 hours
when we went to push it out, the passenger side rear wheel wasn't spinning. nothing we did could get it spinning. we ended up calling a tow truck, but when they pulled it up on the flat bed, it started spinning again. we simply assumed there was ice. we were wrong.
we ended up driving the extra 3 hours north to meet my friend that night during the storm. because of the terrible road conditions, I didn't notice anything strange in the way the car handled. My buddy got out and pushed the car on two separate hills, and we were almost killed by two moose and a chihuahua. but that's a different story.
I didn't drive the car on friday, but on Saturday we made the 5 hour trek home, during another snow storm. It wasn't until my delivery shift tonight that I finally noticed that it wasn't ice that stopped the wheel, but a seized caliper. sure enough, I left work and parked in my driveway out of gear and with the ebrake off and tried to push the car on flat ground, to no avail

bringing the car to the shop tomorrow, can't wait to see how destroyed everything is
on a side note, here are some bonus pictures
