The main reason you have a drop is due to heatsoak, the intercooler is too small, turn up the boost and watch it get worse. The only solution is a FMIC. As for the hesitation, that looks pretty nasty! By adding a TB exhaust, pullies and a CAI the dip for me got smaller and moved 1000RPM up the graph.

My dyno runs were a little more level then those, but still had that horrible dip at around 4.5k rpms

What was the temp when you were doing your dyno runs???
Did you have anything on your car at that time???
Have you installed the Blitz SDC-ID yet???
