I am trying to fix it to where you can actually read it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS SUCKS!!!!

I am just going to post this links for the rest of the stuff because I can't resize it very well at work - i.e. I don't have crap on my work computer and it makes it look all distorted and crappy!

Cirielle: Many thanks! Wow, do you ever have the hesitation. Look at the 3rd run and note where the torque just dies from 3500 to 4500 rpm. Drops from 150 lb-ft to about 110 lb-ft. And note the intake air temp of about 95 degrees F. Yet the first run, at almost the same temp, doesn't show the power fall off at all!!??!!

OK, boostisgood, this is what you need to email to the Mazda engineers when they ask you about hesitation. 1st run, obviously no hesitation, 3rd run, just look at it...what happened?

Thanks, Cirielle, Spoolin' and everyone else involved in this project!

MSP Pro, your torque DROPS off as the RPM's climb in any car. They ahve my dyno charts on file there. They do show basically the same things as Cirielles. :D

Yeah the guy who did the dyno said it was really weird about the hesitation. He asked me if there was something wrong with my car at first. I had to explain to him about a couple of things.
1st thing with my turbo timer. ......"Your car won't turn off."
Me...."Oh yeah that is my turbo timer, just hit the brake and it will turn off."
Next thing........."Wow, I could feel the power just drop off. Are you getting it dyno'd due to this problem"
Me..."No, not necessarily. I am getting work done on it. Mazda knows about this problem....{blah blah blah....we all know the history of that story}"

Later tonight early tomorrow I will be posting up the other sheets that I got as well as a small video that I got while there. I am not sure how to post the video, but hey I will try my best at posting it!!!

the drop off is due to the slow reaction of the ECU.

It takes its time going from close to open circut. Mazda way of trying to help customer save gas which is BS. The piggy back system that perfworks will be releasing will correct this. In Stock protege 5 and es its at 5500 rpm which shows you how the ECU differ slightly between the MSP and Protege5/ES . I have a MP3 Computer so it might be like the es/Protege5 to but just advanced timing.

So the driveline loss is 21.7HP?

That is actually less than I expected. I'll try to get a baseline Dyno run on my ES on Wednesday.
