Ball joint replacement

I have my front sipndle off dealing w/ the bearings. The balljoint dosn't feel bad, but teh boot is torn - so I kow it's only a matter of time. As cheap as this kidn of thing is, might as well replace it now while it's all apart anyway.
I cannot, however, figure out for the life of me how it comes off of the A-arm. Is it pressed on? Surely not.
Can't find this in teh FSM either, just mention of checking it w/ apull guage then "replace is necessary" lol.

I don't think it comes out, you have to replace the whole arm

If you just want to replace the dust boot, Mazda sells them for about $10.
