I am pretty sure i have nailed down the issues with my car. Unfortunatly it looks like my turbo took a dump and i will prob replace the center assy and I have virtually no compression after replacing everything from the head gasket up. I am assuming its the rings since I now blow blue smoke all the time. I am looking for a ballpark # ($$$$) from people who have rebuilt thier engine to see what direction I should go next. Any info is appreciated.

oil rings are shot.... the only thing to do is to rebuild the engine.
