Back door opens randomly

This has happened a couple of times the last few months.
When starting the car this morning, I got an indication that rear door is open, I close it properly, but after 1km the indicator says the door is open again. I stopped the car and could see the door is not properly locked, I close it again and drive for 20 km, then the same thing happen again.

Is this a common issue, or is it possible to make an easy adjustment? Car is still under warranty, so I assume this would be a warranty issue.

I would check to make sure the movable latch mechanism is not sticking first and maybe some spray lubricant on it. Yes I think it is a warranty item. Ed

Pretty much everything is under warranty for the first 36,000 miles and 36 months. I know, technically things like light bulbs aren't, but, I had a headlight go out 6 months after buying a new car, and they replace it anyways. Light bulbs may be a maintenance item, but, they still are expected to last years. I would think the same would hold true of a back latch not staying latched. That being a safety thing, I'd think they'd want to fix that quickly.
