I actually had purchased that one, and after reading some reviews, decided to return it. One woman had it melt onto her leather seats and several car seat installers thought it adversely affected safety.
I volunteer with St John Ambulance installing baby seats and from my 3 years of experience, I haven't heard of any problems. But that is not to say that a problem doesn't exist, just that we find them to be pretty good.
