Are the eyelids seperate from the rest of it?

the "black" part of the eyelids would be the background. theres a white part in there for the actual eye

I think he's asking if the eyelids are free floating... i'm again assuming the upper and lower eyelids (yellow) are both stuck to the eye (white) which is not attached to anything.

Yeah, the eye is "floating", nothing attaching it to the yellow.

I'm still a lil iffy on my installation location, but... I think its only because I back into all the parking spots I park in regularly, so I still haven't even seen the thing on my own car since I took that pic. lol
