Aux mod fried my radio??

So its not actually my radio, i recently sold the car to my friend and he bought the aux mod basic. After he plugged it in his radio no longer worked. I tested the wires and their still gettin power, and just to make sure it wasnt something stupid i checked the fuse too. The only variable is the aux mod installation, so we tried unhooking it and still nothing. I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with this. Im not bad mouthing the company or anything like that, i just wanted everyone to know the circumstances. Thanks

Odd, first time I've heard of this. I've had an Aux Mod basic for nearly three years without a single problem.
