Automatic Headlamp sensitivity adjustment

I assume this is the right forum since this falls into 'electronics'. Shortly after getting the MS3, I noticed that the auto headlights don't turn on quite when I want them to. For instance, when it is overcast and rainy, or around dusk and dawn. The manual states that the dealer can adjust the sensitivity. I imagine there is a pot somewhere under the black panel on the windshield to adjust this, but I haven't gone so far as to crack that open. Has anyone done this for for any reason?

Sorry, this is a dealer onlly tweak with software - no pots to adjust. You have to get the dealer to hook up their diagnostic computer to change it. I believe there are only two settings, high and low.
