Autocross RX-8 Battery Tie Down Help

I have an 05 RX-8 that needs some way of securing the battery to be able to compete in the February autocross. The only thing I can think of is putting blocks of wood in the battery box to keep it from sliding and velcro-ing the battery to the bottom. I have spent hours looking online(detect), and I can't find anything. Any suggestions?

there is a metal tie down that should have come with the car. It has 3 peices 9one for each side and one goes accross the top). I know my description is not great. You should be able to find it through one of the online OEM parts warehouses.



the parts I am talking about are # 2-4 and they attach to the under tray. Hope this helps.

Velcro and wood will not pass any tech inspection I've ever been to.

And I agree that OEM will be the easiest and cleanest solution. Go to a dealer if you must.
