Had the car now almost 48 hours and only one little complaint so far.
Yesterday, I was driving about 1/2 hour before sunset and it was cloudy. The headlights came on (have them set to Auto). With the headlights on, the instrument cluster/gauges and radio dims. Even with their intensity set up all the way, it was a bit too dark for daytime viewing.
If the were only kicking on like this once in a while it wouldn't be a problem... I'd just shut the headlights off, but what I'm worried about it driving in the rain. In NY, we're supposed to turn our headlights on when the wipers are on. It can be fairly bright out when raining or snowing.
Is there an adjustment I'm missing somewhere? I know I can set the nav/radio screen to "daytime" in these kind of conditions, but what about the instrument cluster? Anyone else find it a problem?
