Hello all,

Quick back round on myself. I am a hands on kind of person, I like to do all, maintenance, mods, etc. on my cars. As the topic says I just purchased an '07 Speed6 with 211 miles on her. Black on black GT with all the bells & whistles. I am liking this car so far but have a few questions if anyone cars to chime in.

Coming from my S4 (Twin turbo 2.7 liter 6 cylinder) that is stage 3 and my most recent Dyno (Mustang) was at 427whp, crank 547 (427 x 1.28 for dt loss). It has RS4 smic's, ASP software, DP's, ASP True dual exhaust, Koni track sports, K04 snails, DTS, snub mount, Siemens green top injectors (66lb), Walbro fp. I have the peak set at 24psi and taper to 20 at redline (7800rpms). I love the car and have put many tears, blood, and sweat into her. She just passed 185k miles and still pulling strong ;-) I also had a '04 Land Rover Discovery that I traded in for this Speed 6 on Saturday. I was able to pick up this baby for just under $26k with incentives & rebates. I couldn't pass it up.

Ok, enough of that. I need to know what OBDII software is available and used by most? More importantly, any that I can log with. I really don't care about basic software that can clear DTC's, CEL, etc. I can do that with my existing Audi software on this car, but not anything more than reading the DTC's and clearing them.

I would also like to know what ECU/PCM options are out there, and what their (dyno proven) results are. I am not a fan of butt dyno results, and have no interest in hearing "blah, blah is better etc." Just want an honest answer as to what is available. I have read CPE's site and really like the work they have put into this car. The R&D seems to be very good. I can't believe how inexpensive some of the upgrades are for this car. I am starting with a DP, intake (Fabricating my own from CF/Kevlar), stiffer engine & tranny mounts (anyone make them?). And I would like a good software upgrade. Anyone know what the software upgrades bring the hp/tq to? Don't need exact number, a ball park will be fine at this point.

Also, what are the week points of the car? Tranny, axels, diff', clutch? What is the tq rating for the stock clutch, tranny, diff?

Also, what kind of snail is stock in this, is it a T3? What injectors & FP?

Last but not least, what is stock mbar set at?

ok well the stock turbo is a K04-22 HO
the fuel pump is a mechanical cam driven pump: direct injection like newer Audi's
stock boost is roughly 15-16psi
the rear diff mounts need to be upgraded and if you plan on a larger turbo I would suggest a clutch (ours didn't last too long)
and there are really only a few options for tuning the Standback and XEDE. you can gain roughly 40hp with them.

Turbine Tech makes the diff mount. cp-e has an upgraded fuel pump available. ATP has a bolt on turbo upgrade - GT3071 (maybe 2871 if requested). Nobody has an ecu flash.

There are lots of exhaust and IC options. , therpmstore.com, corksport.com, maperformance.com.

Thank you much. Wow, 15-16psi stock. Nice, I am guessing the most you can ask of this snail is around 19-20psi peak and maybe 12-14 taper @ RL?

Any idea on the MAF/5 max maybe? How about AFR on this, and do you or anyone have any logs of the duty cycle, mbar, AFR, IATs, timing etc.? Stock or modded will work for me.

As for the software, not to be a pain but can you give me a URL (or two) to look at for info? 40whp, or hp with the software?

Wait, people are use the GT30 on this motor? I would love to see some logs on that! I would also like to see a dyno sheet. Anyone?.....

PROcede which is what I have makes one
There are a few in design still

There is alot of info out here on the forums all you have to to is invest sometime into searching and ask around to those that have the things your interested in. Eveyone has a different opinion but I have found with an open mind you can make your own decision.

It is a different Animal from the S4 in a way but still a fun platform to play with.
