i just spoke with another member of this board and he stated that he could'd log on....if you are wondering who...it is NYCZMP3....he wants to be apart of this community and clear his name...if any one of you can fix this or just even erase his name so he can register again.....he needs to get on this board and clear his name up...he is very intersted in socializing with all the other mp3 owners...PLZ HURRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I remember correctly he ripped someone off on here, he was allowed to try and fix it a couple times...i think he said he would send it, he would send confirmation numbers...last time i checked its 3 strikes and your out, and he blew it...too bad he ripped the guy off. He fried his own a$$

Yeah, I don't know the whole story, but I know he ripped a very nice guy off. Getting banned from the boards is nothing. If it were me he ripped off I would drive up to NY or wherever he is and beat the **** out of him.

I'll chime in with the others here on that case. I even read your post somewhere else about how he left it up to his girlfriend to send or some dumb excuse and that's why it never got sent. Clearing your name indicates when you haven't done something wrong...he clearly has.

Okay Guys.....I wasn't even going to post to this thread...or the "heresssss johnny" one...but now....I feel the need to.

I wasn't around the board yet when Spoolin and NYCZMP3 had their "misunderstanding" .... nor to I pretend to know the circumstances around it.... BUT....lets just calm down a little and think about something...

IF NYCZMP3 had intended to just rip someone off for $170...why would he be wanting to come back in here and try to "set things straight"?? just for fun? I think not. I tend to believe that there was some sort of mistake made....a misunderstanding on someones part and for some reason that most of us truely don't understand....the Sub never got sent.....NOW, it appears that NYCZMP3 is back and looking to make good on the deal....do you guys know where spoolin works? did you see his address? I don't know that he IS a cop....if nothing else he has access to law inforcement....why would someone try to scam a cop or at least someone with connections? that would be pretty stupid, don't ya think?

So, how about easing up for a bit.....allow him to make good....I am not telling you to go out there and make deals and buy stuff from him....I think anyone may think twice about that....BUT....give him the opportunity to make good.....from Spoolin's post....it appears that he is willing.....so why shouldn't the rest of us.

Really considering the facts of what has happened you've been flamed very little NYCZMP3. Certainly nobody has said anything to the extent that you just did buddy. For me an outburst like that just confirms for me what I initially thought about you.
