Attachments!

Ok guys, I went to move the attachments from the DB to the filesystem, and something screwed up, so the attachments for the past few days were lost.

But on a better note, I will finish the "manage files" of the user cp today so you will be able to use it.

EDIT: okay, so I'm not done yet. But it will be done asap.
