do you need a boost controller to use this?

My ATP boost cut killer is installed and i still have fuel cut at +/-5500RPM in 4,5, gears ? I will dyno test my car march 19 so i will see why ....... ?

Had mine installed for more then 6 months with no fuel cut and no issues. I bought a MBC but didn't use it. Both ATP BCD and MBC will be up for sale soon.
