I want to buy this but not sure about this part:

Phone is unlocked to use downloadable apps but not unlocked for other sim cards . Software is able to be downloaded from any wifi are tho . Do at your own risk i have heard unlocking for sim cards can brick your phone

what i meant about the apps was it has 3rd party games and programs on it . there is also software you can run to unlock it to any sim card/carrier but i never used it bc i didnt need it since i had att .. and want the buyer to know that it was use at own risk bc unlocking sometimes can damage / lock up the phone .

Samsung is 100% stock . no damage no nothing . everything is included .. perfect smartphone . love the phone just have no need for it . i rather save the 180 a mnth on 2 phones and put that money towards my MS3 @ the end of the yr .
