Arrgh unable to drive.

Damn it. some kids stole my car two nights aago and took it on the freeway. and blew the engine and tranny in my car. our insurence said theres nothing they can do and they might right the car off. what should i do? its a 2003 pro5 with 54,000kms in it org eng and tranny new tires new breaks. I hate people some times.

what is the question here?

Insurance will WRITE it off and you buy another car...having the original engine and tranny in it still doesnt mean anything if they are blown...

Get a check from insurance and buy new car.

they offered me $5000. due too having a cai and aftermarket parts on it

In Calgary you could probably get $12,000 for that car, tell them you want it fixed and then sell it.

Sorry for jumping onto you guys thread, but I am new to to site and want to start a new thread. I have a Mazdaspeed 3 and I am looking for some tips about tuning without tearing up. If someone could help me it would be great so I can quit bombing peoples threads, and please try to keep the negative replies to a minimum. I know it will be hard, but I have faith. LOL Thanks (I hope)

Did they damage or wreck the car at all? Your insurance probably has fine print that says if the car is modified in any way your screwed! Mine does. Hey for $5000 you could have a pretty sweet new motor partially built and ready for turbo or find really cheap low mile motor and do a mild turbo with that money! Sorry to hear though, It's times like those you wish you could catch a thief in the act, and just happen to be holding a bat...(smash)
