ok now a question for me since I have been thinking of undercar neons also.

Is there a difference in the ebay 15 dollar auctions for the neons(15 buyitnow +45 shipping) or is it better to get the streetglow brand name ones off ebay, I mean those start at about 99 plus shiping, some I found as low as 60 or 70 but 15bux sounds tempting if it doesnt mean the quality is only 15bux. The description states it has all the same things as street glow with anti-crack coating and new light systems....Ill get a link.....

You really can't go wrong with streetglow, but check some local auto places right now. Since its winter time I think the prices have actually droped to close to 100 dollars. Yeah I should of zip tied mine before I went to the track. Sounded like I broke a suspension part cause it was bouncing around under the car and banging like hell on the underside. When I got down to the end of the track the wrecker and crash guys came up to the car and told me I had something dragging. I felt like s*** cause they had to stop the raceing for fifteen to get the debris. Learned my lesson, zip ties are my friend.

I have a red kit under my P5 and I get no hassle from it (I'm in Miami).

Just remember when you install them just add the Kill switch and everytime your by a cop just switch them off.

Just thought I would contribute to this thread, I have eurolite red ones on my white MP5 and they look so nice since I manage to hide the tubes really well.I plan to get sideskirts and lower the car so they are even more well hidden. Around here in NY I drive w/ them at night all the time and some cops actually like them but other cops are assholes and well just tell you to turn them off, but I have'nt run into an asshole yet. Get a kill switch it's a must! Anyway girls also like them alot, they keep giving me that glance it's priceless and I just smile . My suggestion to you is not to buy them off e-bay, my friend bought his off e-bay for like $60 and all the tubes burnt out like in 1 week. I'am suprise how strong and durables mine are I have been through crazy weather and they are still going strong.

well the protege isnt to bad priced so there alot of owners, just drive to any junk yard and they will hook you up, but yea with out a frunt or rear bumper it is tricky, there should he something about a foot closer to the engin that lips down that u can use

in CA i think they are....which is good that junk is whack...btw has anyone noticed how the whole JDM is turning into some weird bandwagon thing...everyone has i love JDM stickers and their junk is all riced out. lol
