Are these the headlights for the P5?

If so, are there high-beam lights available from PIAA too? (Yellow if possible) I already have the PIAA Yellow Ion Crystal bulbs for my fogs. They are pretty yellow, but, altough I am happy with the bulbs themselves, I am not very happy with how they look with the stock headlights as they have a yellow tinge to them too. Hence, the change to PIAA bulbs. :)

As far as the high beams go, I just figured it would look cool to have plasma blue H.I.D. main lights & yellow ion high beams. Does PIAA make these?

In the proceeding posting, I'll include a small pic from PIAA which illustrates the colour difference in all their bulbs as well as regular stock bulbs.

Here's a comparison photo chart of all the PIAA bulb colours as well as standard bulbs.

Are they bright as the stock are ? More ? Less ?

The fog lights are MUCH brighter by a huge margin! Before, you could barely tell that the fogs were on. Now, you can't miss the bright yellow light in front of the car. I am VERY happy with my purchase :)

I paid about $130.00 CDA (including tax) at Performance Improvements in Toronto (http://www.performanceimprovements.com). I wasn't able to find it on a shelf anywhere, so I had them order it in for me.

Oh, I just got PIAA plasma (blue) H7 bulbs as my main driving lights for $170.00 CDA at Pacific Mall in Markham (Kennedy & Steeles - North of Toronto). They look GREAT with the ion yellow fogs! But, the "yellowish" turn signals I have are just regular clear bulbs & look terrible with the headlights & fogs. So, I shall go back to Pacific Mall & get a pair of plasma signal bulbs tomorrow for the front signal lights.

Since I barely use them, I may also get a cheap pair of blue high beam lights tomorrow, just to match the driving & signal lights for now. Eventually, I will change them to PIAA's as I am a long-time user & fan of their products. Plus, PIAA's are great on dark roads out of town, on which I'll be driving come next summer.

All in all, LOVING the lights!!! I let you know how they all look together tomorrow :)

Waht the hell ??? I paid 35$ CDA for a pair of PIAA H4 plasma blue, you paid 170.00$ is it a joke ? There is 135$ of difference between what i paid and what you paid ....

Dave

AwaKen, @ 35$... probably not PIAAs, sorry to tell.
I currently have PIAA super plasma H3 for the fogs (95 CND tx incl.).
With the glare guard removed... it's crazy !

PBH, you found H7 PIAAs ??
I couldn't. Except from Japan (Plasma FX), nothing else here...

Regards

$35.00 for PIAA's?!? Hate to break the news, but I highly doubt they're real. As far as locating the bulbs, I go to oriental malls to locate them as they are straight from Japan.

No luck with PLASMA 1157 bulbs :( Apparently, PIAA doesn't make them. Any thoughts?

i can get PIAA's here in Edmonton, a pair for 75$.. and thats the best deal i've seen. By the way, i really couldnt tell on t he chart, but what are brighter, the xtreme white or super whtites?

Zio:

About the color rating, check the rating (in Kelvin degrees) on PIAA web site. The higher rating, the cooler the light is (more blueish). The lower, the closer to sunlight (more yellowish).

Also, I'm interested in H7 PIAA Plasma FX (or Super Plasma if possible... to match my fogs)
Let me know if you can get that and pricing.

Tks

PBH, why not try and take out the turn signal bulb completely and see how it looks. I did that to my Millenia's turn signal and it looks much better without it.
