Are these good numbers for 7 PSI?

the BEGi kit never came with a t3/t4 hybrid turbo. it came with either a garrett or turbonetics journal style T3

well im not sure why but the turbo that was advertised was a turbonetic t03/t4h. so your saying thats not right? i have questioned this due to the size. so is the turbonetic turbo that came with the BEgi kit a super 60 t3. now im confussed. well what was the differnce in the turbos BEgi offerd anyways? what were the main differnces?

they were both t3s of the same style, non ball bearing. the turbonetics was considered more desirable because many people feel they are higher quality than thier garrett counterparts. whoever advertised it as a t3/t4 hybrid did so falsely.

ya figures...oh well its still a great kit, and i love the performance ive gained. so exactly what is the turbo's designation? is it just a T3, or whats the full name? so i better know how to explain it to ppl

im running basically the same kit as you and i have still yet to dyno mine. im wondering what the differnces are in the turbos from the diff BEGI kits. what is the diff between the super 60 T3 and say the Turbonetics t03/t4h im using or are they the same. im currently staying at 6psi and happy with it. just wondering what numbers i might run with full 2.5" turbo back(no cats), and the dinky Begi FMIC

O2P5 is running our FMIC for the BEGI kit. It's tough to compare your setup with his. The BEGI SMIC is less the optimal even at lowe boost. 02P5 installed our FMIC and did nothing more and noticed a big gain in power.

no, you have a 3i. the 3s makes 260whp thanks to a larger displacement motor at that boost level. your 2.0 at 7psi would likely not even come close to that.

good catch... I figured HIS car had been dynoed at that... and didn't check his sig for which motor.

assuming 15% drive loss which is reasonably for AWD etc.. it could get down around 255 at the ground.... but then keep in mind for comparison that its weight will matter.

rite, i was just wondering b/c not to say there slo but i thought they had more hp than that, its amazing the fact that we can buy noturboed mazda's then put a turbo kit on it and bam we r quick, very quick i guess thats y they say zoom zoom zoom
