Are my brake pads worn?

Heard new noises from my brakes but not sure if it's the cold or if pads need changing.

The pad in your photo looks fine to me. If the opposite side looks the same, my guess is that the cold weather is causing the noise. Have you tried burnishing (bedding) the brakes. Check Stoptech's website for procedures on how to do this.
