well, to tell you the truth... sadly it's pretty depressing. my friends (mechanics) and I have spent all day fabbing, bolting, unbolting, test fitting, etc. etc. etc. the kit and i still had to tow the car home due to a leaking oil feed line which i'll have to get recrimped hopefully tomorrow. which btw, might i add is super long! (vs. the oil drain line that barely fits. almost touches the downpipe!)
we had to of course like terry had advised to make a small add on downpipe section connecting to either a custom exhaust or in my case the stock one (due to $$ constraints at the moment). i also had to jerry rig something temporary for the lower radiator hose fix (also explained that had to be modified in order to fit) due to the fact of working on the car on a holiday weekend and the local parts stores being out of a lot of parts people had suggested specifically to use. my dumptube also hits the center section of the turbo as i've explained to terry on the phone. he has said he test fitted it before shipping out but i will send pics his way to give him my point of view on the install in the car. i don't want to doubt anyone but pictures can do justice.
i also need to see what spring the wastegate (deltagate) is set at. the sticker on the top says 9 but i'm not sure if that's correct. i excluded the wastegate from my order from spool but another person that i talked to that had a spool kit also has the same wastegate like this, has the same sticker "9" but says the spring rating is for 3-5 psi. anyway of checking? terry?
to add to terry's suggestion box i would have to say directions could be better. updated pics of install and the updated required parts or modifications that is NECESSARY for the kit to run (i.e. modification of the radiator water neck outlet, downpipe, etc.). obviously you can't make a step by step detailed direction list but some things in the directions that i needed to modify that didn't specify when i had already taken off the part and stuck without a car i wish i had known earlier. not everyone gets a chance to read the boards often so i think it'd still be good to know in the directions.
all in all terry has been great with customer service. although things have gone wrong or not the way that i had hoped or planned (they never do right?

) it still feels a little better knowing spool will attempt to help alleviate the problem.
i just want to get this thing running. it's been pretty frustrating but i'm still trying to hang in there. thanks to all that have helped out with questions and such.
