I am truly sorry about that, but glad you're OK.
I would give my eye teeth for a Speed, but it ain't gonna happen... especially in this economy.

As you can see, I get a little upset with people that take driving lightly... lightly enough to do every thing behind the wheel but pay attention.

The guy driving the Dodge is in his early 50s. He is also driving it with the handicap thing hanging from his rear view mirror. People in the Valley are probable the worse drivers in the State of Texas.

Damn... total it, buy back, buy base model 3 sedan, engine swap... done... I've also seen a Mazda 5 with a MS3 swap in it... not in person some school did it... SWEET!!!

Car and Driver had a hand in building the Mazda5 with the MS3 engine. There is a website all about the build.

I have had a couple close calls recently driving, it's sad to think the car I love so much could be totalled any minute.

Nah. I like my Speed3. I have been waiting ALL FREAKING WEEK for State Farm to arrive at the body shop to give them an OK where I can get it back. I need it back ASAP so I can go to a dyno day on Saturday. I have CF Film for the hood and roof, but, I can't do anything about it since I do not have the car back. dang it....

03-31-2012 - Issues #3 - Ugh

Well, while my Speed3 was at the dyno event, look what I say on my car while I had it for the weekend. Another HIT/SCRATCH!!!!!!! DANG IT!!!!!!!!!!! This happened while at the body shop.

Good thing the Speed3 goes back to the body shop on Monday so they can finish the passenger side. Now, they will have to remove the front bumper, I will stip the clear bra film off of it. They will have to fix the scratches and repaint it. Another wonderful week without it. Me and my luck with this new car.

Fuel Pump was installed on my car this afternoon. I will not drive it hard until I've put about 200 miles on it. Next, will drive up to San Antonio and have it tuned. I hope it puts out more than 300hp, to the wheels, since it has been dynoed at 271hp.

Okay. Well, I had my Speed3s THIRD Oil Change today. PLEASE DO NOT LET ANYONE HIT MY CAR!!!!! Right after the 1st two oil changes, people hit the car. My eyes will stay wide open looking at everything while driving it. LOL I just want to take my car up to San Antonio so I can get the tune it really really needs.

BTW - If anyone is looking for a NEW '12 Speed3, in red, the dealership had one arrive this morning in Mission, TX.
