The Primacy tires are really nice. I don't regret getting them at all.
Winter is coming up and I can't say how they work in the snow yet, nor have we had a lot of heavy rain since I had them put on.
Check out the reviews on both tires...at a few places (tires.com, tirerack.com, wherever else that sells both model tires). That's what swayed me to the Primacys....though I didn't consider the Ivigors at all - didn't even hear about them to consider them.
