hmm....ive seen that car for sale like....at least 4 months ago, it was just sitting in a empty corner lot. but look, its being sold by the dealership, so its possible they didnt drive it much...anyways...by the way, im a new member (first post)...

my thoughts are, yeah its ugly, but at THAT PRICE. 0 bids, some one coule have bid 2.5k at the last second and had a great deal!.

Even with the cost of a good paint job you would come out ahead.

I believe you are correct Zoom. It has the Troy Lee logo on the rocker panels and resembles a lot of their work.. Not a bad graphic skeem if you go for that sort of thing.

I called the dealership today, I thought worst case senerio I could buy it, get a paint job, bring the interior back to near stock and sell it and pay down some debt. . . Someone picked it up for $1,900. Kills me!!

i wouldnt redo that interior, looked decent, the paint they used is nice i wonder what color that was...except that blue film they put over the gauge plastic, hard to see the gauges...**** that

You must have heard wrong. There is no way they would have sold that for 1,900. They would have painted it or some thing. Hell, they could have sould the stereo for 1,900.

Nope, I called and spoke to the Internet sales supervisor. Thats how much they sold it for. I wish I had caught it sooner. I would have bought it, and painted it and sold it to pay off some debt.

the only thing i like about that car is the front end paint job. if you remove all other paint, decals, etc and only leave the blue front paint, it would look pretty nice.

overall the outside of the car isnt nearly as bad as some of the other monstrosities that have graced our boards

Well that confirms my opinion that scallops would look good on the P5. They just go with the lines of the car. Get rid of red stripe, blue mirrors and all the other graphics and it would look alright.
