Anyone see the April Automobile Mag?

It's not that, it's just that this magazine has numbers and opinions completely different then that of most others. Strange, that's all. I'd expect this from Car and Driver, not Auto.

after reading this thread, i went to buy the mag. I was dissapointed and shocked by the results. who would actually take a fovus over a msp. also, i thought the msp 0-60 was timed at 6.9? since when is it 7.3 seconds?

Geez not to lead on a thread again but I have no prob with the SRT-4! thing ****** hauls some ass!!!! Hey more power to them. They are showing the car world that imports a SC can haul some serious ass

Now I'm really confused. The MSP tied for second quickest jaunt to 60 with the Cooper S (albeit slightly slower 1/4 time), came in second for braking, FIRST for cornering, and high in peak braking... yet it came in LAST in their comparo? If one takes into consideration the 4 doors, LSD, 4yr/50k warranty, Mazda reliability, etc... The MSP is hands down a better car than it was rated. Easily 3rd, probably second (maybe shared with the Mini).
