anyone run their MS3 on a racetrack?

i have a 81 911SC that i DIY, and run on the local tracks. i just picked up my new mazdaspeed3. on the tracks, i have seen only one fella running around with me. (for the record, he was faster than me)..i know this car is super capable, but i bought it for daily driving duty. i dont really speed on the streets, since trackdays. even my backroad runs have tapered. you guys flogging them on the track? my OEM tires are almost as sticky as my toyo RA1's!!!

here is my Porsche!

very nice porsche. the SC are always been my favorite. I was so close on picking up a 83 911sc before I found out i am having a kid. After that it was pretty much set on the speed3! welcome though.

It's a pretty decent track car in stock form but there is plenty of after-market support to make is a bit better.

I would say if you are going to seriously track the MS3 you should get a full coil-over suspension, intake, exhaust, lighter wheels, and wider/ sticker tires.

if you are going to track, you really should buy my brakes. See my sig for the thread.
